The Bible says nothing against that nor does the belief in creation…

Despite what some people seem to think, we don’t have a problem with the use of science.

I’m sorry… your attempted implications of this question just blew a fuse out in my logic box. Give me a second to replace it.

Okay. Do what now? I don’t think DNA disproves the bible. Is the head of all C.S.I. arguing with the church now, somehow?

I’m guessing they don’t believe that DNA can be used to determine common descent, so paternity tests and the like don’t count for anything.

what you think because i don’t agree with macro evolution that I must not approve of anything that has to do with science and ……heaven forbid… DNA?????

Oh come on, cut us some slack, we aren’t all that thick headed. Do you think christians would rather give birth out in the woods as well?

I think using DNA in evidence is a great advancement for law enforcement. I see it as more proof how wonderful God made our minds.

I think it is wonderful and so does God. DNA has brought us one step closer to God. That cell that will not divide is called "Eve." We can all be traced back to one woman.

It is another example of God giving us information so evil will be brought out into the open. God will always expose evil.

    I think I don’t understand the question?

Do you think that because we don’t believe in the creation myth of evolution we don’t believe in DNA?

DNA, Doesn’t that insure that we will keep making the same species over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over………….

Obviously you don’t know your own science better go take biology 101 again.

The problem with questions like this is that no matter how good your argument you can’t change their minds, it’s like they’re all so brainwashed into, what is essentially, a ludicrous, nonsensical theory that they can’t see the forest for the trees.

Also, when your basis for argument is based in god, you can make up any old sh*t and it’s classed as a valid answer to the question. Funny how they’re always challenging atheists and claiming they have no proof of anything. Bit of the pot calling the kettle black about all that…

As an aside, I would’ve really hoped someone who believes in it could have come up with a better answer than "it’s all part of gods plan." Seriously, is there anything that can’t be explained away by claiming divine intervention…

Not sure. The Human Genome Project leader is a Christian, though, and he doesn’t seem to have a problem reconciling his beliefs with his science.

There is a way to look at science as explaining how God did things, and not contradicting the idea that God did them. More people should look into it.

There is nothing in the DNA evidence against Creationism.

First of all, this is a very good question.

Just examining the results (answers) it would seem that there is some kind of selective process going on, a clear indication that selection takes place naturally within the study group!

Now the question is, Is this Intelligently designed on the part of those in Question?
The yes answer would be much more worrying than that of the case of pure random choice involving no intelligence!

It’s all a little Ironic really.

SORRY I just took a look at the Video by Top Con… two places above me.

Well does that just prove everything the ‘Genes is’

Please it’s a word from Latin claiming anything mystical about the connection is a little lame!

O.E., from L. genesis, adopted as title of first book of Old Testament in Vulgate, from Gk. genesis "origin, creation, generation," from gignesthai "to be born," related to genos "race, birth, descent" (see genus). As such, it translated Heb. bereshith, lit. "in the beginning," which was the first word of the text, taken in error as its title. Extended sense of "origin, creation" first recorded in Eng. 1604.

And the Word Gene was chosen because it comes from the same "ROOT"
